3 garlic cloves; minced
1/2 cup safflower oil
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
