| Easy M/W Peanut Fudge Recipe |

Ingredients
2 oz unsweetened chocolate; 2 sq
1/2 cup butter; or margarine
1/4 cup milk; or 1/2 & 1/2)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanuts; dry roasted
Cooking Directions:
Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt. microwave- safe bowl for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes at MED-HIGH (70%) , until butter looks melted. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in vailla; beat in sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy, but not crumbly. Sir in nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill to firm (20 mins). Cut into squares.
