Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar; packed
1 cup butter; softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup macadamia nuts; chopped
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup vanilla milk chips; -=or=-
1 cup white chocolate; coarse chop
Cooking Directions:
Heat oven to 375~. In large mixer bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about 2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Continue beating, scraping often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes. By hand, stir in nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
