1 scallion stalk
3 or
4 slice fresh ginger root
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon peanut oil
3 drop sesame oil; more or less



Cooking Directions:

1. Mince scallion and ginger root.

2. Blend well with remaining ingredients. Serve in a dip dish.
