Ingredients
1 carrot slices -- big diag.
1 pieces
1 artichoke hearts, canned --
1 in half
1 red & yellow peppers -- i
1 cut strips
1 asparagus pieces
1 sun-dried tomatoes
1 yellow squash pieces
1 rotelle noodles -- not too
1 many
Cooking Directions:
Just mix all these ingrediants together and add a dressing of your choice-I like vinaigrettes, but make it different from the one you use on the endive salad if you are bringing both to the picnic.
