Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon minced parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 cleaned whole baked fish (5

1 parsley springs (for

1 lemon slices (for garnish)



Cooking Directions:

Cut avocados into halves; remove seeds & skin; mash. Mix lemon juice, parsley & seasonings. Spread over warm fish.
