Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup warm chicken stock or bouillon
Cooking Directions:
Beat eggs in top of a double boiler. Gradually blend in juice and stock. Cook over hot water until thickened. Beat until foamy. Serve hot over vegetables. Calories: 9 per Tablespoon. Yield: 2 cups.
