Ingredients
2 lb round steak; cut in 1/2cube
1 cup onion; chopped
1 clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry thyme; crushed
1 bay leaf
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup sour cream; (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Put steak, onion and garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat cubes. Add rest of ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 10 hours.
