Ingredients

2 lb ground beef
1 lb italian sausage
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 can fried onions; 2.8 oz
2 eggs
1 pkg onion soup mix; 1 oz.
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese



Cooking Directions:

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Form into Balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until firm, about 20 minutes. Place meatballs in crockpot. Top with soup and cheese. Cook on Low 6 hours. MDFD30E Helen Jolly. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #257 by Jack Elvis on Sep 26, 1997
