Ingredients

3 lb pork roast; (up to 4)
1 salt and pepper
1 cup cranberries; chop fine
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon orange peel; grate
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg



Cooking Directions:
