| Aunt Mary's Hot Peppers Recipe |

Ingredients
1 lb hot peppers, (long fryers)
1 olive oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic, (chopped)
1 small can italian plum tomatoes
Cooking Directions:
Salt
Remove stem and seeds from peppers. <-(CAUTION)-> WEAR RUBBER GLOVES AND/OR WASH HANDS AFTER.
Saute peppers and garlic in oil for about 10 minutes. Crush 2-3 tomatoes with fork and add to fry pan. Saute for another 20 minutes. Season with salt. pickles
