Ingredients
1 loaf slice rye bread
1/4 lb butter; softened
2 cucumbers; sliced 1/8 thick
1 mayonnaise
1 pimiento-stuffed olives; sliced
Cooking Directions:
Using a 2" cookie cutter cut rounds from the slices of rye bread. Spread each with butter; top with a slice of cucumber, a dab of mayonnaise and a slice of olive. Yield: 28 appetizers
