Ingredients
1 lb mostaccioli pasta
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon accent
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 cup vinegar
3 cup sliced cucumbers
1 slice onion
Cooking Directions:
