Ingredients

1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon butter; melted
1/4 cup bread crumbs
5 cup potatoes; peeled and sliced



Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In large saucepan melt 1/4 cup butter; add flour and milk and bring to a boil. Add cheeses and stir, then add potatoes, stirring to mix well. Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and combine with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
