Cranberry Holiday Mold Recipe
Category: Fruits
Rating: N/A
Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 cup water; boiling
1 pkg jell-o cranberry flavor gelatin; 8-serving size
1 1/2 cup cold ginger ale
2 cup green and/or red seedless grapes; halved
1 can mandarin orange segments; 11-ounce, drained

Cooking Directions:

In large bowl stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold ginger ale. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through mixture leaves definite impression). Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator. Makes 10 servings. Note: lemon-lime carbonated beverage or water may be substituted for the ginger ale. 2 packages of 4-serving size Jell-O may be used instead of 1 package of an 8-serving size. Any red flavor of Jell-O may be used.
