Cranberry Ham Recipe
Category: Other / Ham
Rating: N/A
Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 smoked; (5- to 7-pound) fully coo
1 whole cloves
1 can (8-ounce) cranberry sauce
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 garnishes: salad greens; red grapes

Cooking Directions:

Remove and discard skin from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond design, and stud with whole cloves. Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Combine cranberry sauce and next 6 ingredients. Baste ham with 1/4 cup mixture.

Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover and baste ham. Bake, uncovered, 1 more hour or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers 140°, basting every 15 minutes. Garnish, if desired.

Makes 10 to 14 servings.
