Ingredients

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cup peeled; cored, chopped apples
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup egg beaters healthy real egg substi; tute
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts; optional



Cooking Directions:

1.Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside.

2.Mix apples, sugar and oil in medium bowl. Stir in Egg Beaters. Add flour mixture; stirring just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and walnuts if desired. Spread batter into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

3.Bake at 350¡F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
