| Crabmeat Imperial Recipe |

Ingredients
1 bunch green onions; chopped
1/2 lb butter
1 cup olive oil
1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
1 tablespoon pimento; chopped
1/4 cup fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sherry
1 toast points
Cooking Directions:
Saute green onions in butter about 5 minutes; add olive oil, crabmeat, pimento, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Saute an additional 5 minutes. Add sherry; spoon over toast points. Serves 4.
