Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoon celery seed
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard -- coleman's
1/2 teaspoon whole thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger --
2 bay leaves -- crushed
Cooking Directions:
Grind all ingredients in an electric coffee grinder of in a medium-sized food processor. Store in a covered container.
