2 oranges peeled & cut into pieces
1 small onion chopped fine
2 minced habaneros chiles; or to your taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves; or more; no stems
3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
