| Coyote Summer Salsa Recipe |

Ingredients
2 oranges; peeled & cut into pieces
1 small onion; chopped fine
2 minced habaneros; or more (to your heat lev
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves *no stems*; or more
3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional-i usually leave it o; ut)
Cooking Directions:
Mix it all together - let it sit for a 1/2 hour- then open a bag of your favorite tortilla chips & a bottle of good ale - enjoy :-)
