Ingredients
6 basil leafs
150 gm anchovies; 5 oz
2 deciliter olive oil
1 peanut oil
6 garlic cloves; peeled
3 tablespoon vinegar
1 water; if needed
Cooking Directions:
Wash anchovies to remove salt. Place enchovies, garlic and basil in a small food processor. Process adding oil as for mayonnaise. Add vinegar and process 1/2 minute. If too thick add a little water. Chill

NOTES : Great with toasts or crudites.
