Ingredients
2 lb beef cuts
5 carrots; sliced
3 cut onions
6 potatoes; cut up
3 ribs celery; sliced
28 oz can whole tomatoes (juice also); cut up
1 cup water
6 tablespoon minute tapioca
3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 pepper and salt to taste
1 ground allspice; to taste
1 marjoram; to taste
1 thyme; to taste
2 bay leaves
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen sweet peas
Cooking Directions:
Put all ingredients except peas into a slow cooker. Mix all the above together in the crockpot cover; put on low and cook all day or overnight.
