Ingredients

1 large onion
1/4 lb margarine/butter melted or use butt; er buds equivalent
2 lb cottage cheese, fatfree
5 cup corn flakes cereal
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tablespoon chicken style seasoning or more to; taste
6 eggs, or egg beaters equiv.



Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned. When you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.

This is also good cold on sandwiches.
