Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb diced chicken breast
1 medium spanish onion -- chopped
1 (15 1/2 oz) can dark -- red
1 kidney beans
1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans
1 (15 1/2 oz) can -- chili hot
1 beans
1 1/2 quart tomato sauce
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers -- chopped
1/4 cup banana peppers -- chopped
4 oz chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon diced fresh cilantro
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese --
1 grated
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese --
1 grated
1/2 bottle corona beer
Cooking Directions:
Brown the meats, add the onion and cook until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. From AOL, Firehouse Chili Collection.
