Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 1/2 cup 1% milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 box (10 oz) birds eye frozen
1 deluxe asparagus spears; thawed
1/2 cup monterey jack or cheddar cheese, sh; redded



Cooking Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400°. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk and salt; blend thoroughly. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 in. greased baking pan; add asparagus. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm. Makes 4 servings.
