Ingredients

1 cup corn meal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 dash salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon oil



Cooking Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and buttermilk. Place iron skillet in 425 oven for 2 minutes. Pour batter into hot, greased skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
