Ingredients
1 piece flat peasant bread or one lar; ge flour tortilla
1 grilled, sliced chicken breast
2 slice thick slab bacon
1/2 tomato, diced
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
1 romaine lettuce, chopped
1 iceberg lettuce, chopped
4 thin slices red onion
2 tablespoon chunky blue-cheese dressing
Cooking Directions:
Layer ingredients in the middle of bread or tortilla. Roll tightly and slice on bias. Makes on large sandwich. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #362
