2 cup dry white wine; neuchatel, rhine or chabl
1 lb emmenthaler or gruyere; or a mix; finely cut not
3 tablespoon corn starch
3 tablespoon kirsh or brandy
1 salt
1 black pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
2 loaves crusty french or italian bre; ad (baguettes)
