Ingredients

1 can (8-oz) artichokes; quartered
2 pkg frozen chopped spinach; cooked & drained
1 stick butter or margarine; melted
1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese
1/3 lb bacon; fried crisp & crumbled
1 parmesan cheese



Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients except bacon & cheese in a casserole. Put bacon & cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
