3/4 cup water
2 1/4 cup white bread flour
1 tablespoon dry milk
2 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon yeast, fast rise **or**
1 1/4 teaspoon yeast, active dry
----LARGE LOAF----
1 1/8 cup water
3 1/3 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast, fast rise **or**
2 teaspoon yeast, active dry
Cooking Directions:
