Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz cheddar cheese; shredded
8 oz mozzarella cheese; shredded
4 oz mushrooms; sliced
14 oz artichoke hearts; chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese; grated

From: sherae@zeta.org.au (Sheri McRae) Mix together all ingredients, except 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Spread in a 8x11-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes. Serve it with Ritz crackers.
Variation: Spread on bagel halves and broil until bubbly and golden.
