| Chocolate-Chip Banana Muffins Recipe |

Ingredients
2 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup bananas; very ripe
2/3 cup sugar, brown; packed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup oil, vegetable
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 . Grease 12 muffin cups. Combine dry ingredients. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla and stir into dry ingredients. Stir in chips. Spoon into cups. Bake 18-20 minutes
