Ingredients
----FOR 11/2 LB LOAF----
2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 2/3 cup bread flour
1 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
1/3 cup molasses; unsulfured
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup water
----FOR 1LB LOAF----
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 cup plus
2 tablespoon bread flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup molasses; unsulfured
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water

Note: The original recipe called for 1 1/2 T vegetable oil for the lg loaf and (1T) for the smaller loaf. I omitted it. Could use Wonderslim or possibly applesauce instead.
Add all ingredients in teh order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing.
