1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon white vinegar, (rice vinegar if pos; sible)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or put through; a garlic press
2 tablespoon peanuts, chopped (optional)



Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
