| Chive Toasts Recipe |

Ingredients
3 oz french goat cheese
4 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup minced chives
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 whole-wheat baguette -- cut
1 in 24 slices
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together cheese and butter. Add chives and rosemary. Mix well. Spread 1 teaspoon on each baguette slice. Bake toasts until cheese is melted (10 minutes). Serve warm.
Makes 24 to 28 toasts.
