Ingredients
1 pkg (6-oz) cream cheese
1/2 medium onion; grated (up to)
2 lemons; juice of
1 dash tabasco
1 pkg (2.5-oz) smoked dried beef
Cooking Directions:
Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef. Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when serving.
