| Chinese Style Goulash Recipe |

Ingredients
2 tablespoon margarine
1 small onion; sliced
1 can sliced mushrooms; drained
2 cup chicken broth
1 cup rice; uncooked
2 cup cooked chicken; cubed
1 medium green pepper; cut into strips
1/2 cup celery; diced
1/4 cup light cream
1 dash salt and pepper
Cooking Directions:
Melt margarine in large skillet. Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in margarine until onion is tender. Add chicken broth; heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
