Ingredients
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon ancho chili paste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Cooking Directions:
Whisk together vinegar, mustard and oil. Add chili paste and cumin. Serve. This recipe yields about 7/8 cup vinaigrette.
