Ingredients

3 cup diced raw potatoes
3 cup water
3 tablespoon bacon fat or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
2 can (1lb each) whole kernel corn
1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream
1 of tomato soup
1/4 cup instant minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup evaporated milk



Cooking Directions:

Combine potatoes, water and bacon fat in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until potatoes are tender. Add corn, soup, minced onion, chili and garlic powders and black pepper. Bring just to boiling point. Add milk and heat. Serve hot as a main dish soup.
