Ingredients

5 lb spareribs; cut into 3 lengths
1 piece of fresh ginger; 1, crushed
----SAUCE----
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1 cup oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
2 oz sherry



Cooking Directions:

Boil ribs with ginger for 30 minutes in water. Drain. Mix sauce ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for 1 hour. Broil ribs to brown. Serve.
