Ingredients
1/3 cup honey mustard or dijon mustard
3 tablespoon apricot preserves
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 boneless skinless chicken breast ha; lves, about 1 pound
Cooking Directions:
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
