I flatten boneless breasts chicken, lay on a couple of slices prosciutto, a slice of mozzarella, roll 'em up and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes Sometimes I'll add some - sundried tomatoes, too. You ~ can be really decadent and use bacon (precooked but still soft) and cheddar.
