| Ammonite Chowder Recipe |

Ingredients
6 1/2 cup canned tomatoes; peeled
3 medium onions; diced
6 carrots; peeled, sliced
4 medium potatoes; peeled, sliced
3 jalapeno peppers; peeled, deveined, sliced
2 tablespoon beef bouillon
5 lb ammonites*
1 cup butter; melted
3 1/4 cup canned corn
1 teaspoon salt; or to taste
13 cup water
1 dash tabasco; or to taste
Cooking Directions:
*If ammonites are unavailable or extinct in your area, squid or conch will make an excellent substitute.
