Ingredients
----MEATBALLS----
1/2 kg ground chicken (a little over a lb.; )
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs (i used 1 egg + 1 egg white)
1 salt & pepper to taste
----SAUCE----
1 can (100-gram) tomato sauce (the small; can--3 oz, maybe?)
2 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar (the original recipe ca; lls for regular sugar)
1 tablespoon (heaping) prepared mustard
1 salt to taste
1 dash pepper (up to)
1 tablespoon each: onion powder; garlic powder; dried pars
