Ingredients
4 split chicken breasts; skinless, boneless
14 oz red chile
3 cloves garlic; minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano; crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
Cooking Directions:
1. Cut raw chicken into strips. Place in a deep baking dish. 2. In a bowl, combine Red Chile, garlic, salt and oregano. 3. Pour mixture over poultry. 4. Marinate in refrigerator up to 24 hours. 5.
