| Chewy Pudding Oatmeal Cookies Recipe |

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour; unsifted
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pkg (4 serve) instant pudding mix, vani; lla, unprepared
1 cup butter or margarine; softened
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3 1/2 cup quick rolled oates
1 cup raisins; packed
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs Add in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and pudding; mix well. Add rolled oats and raisin; mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2" apart. Bake for 10-12 min. or until light brown.
