Ingredients
2 eggs; slightly beaten
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon peel; fresh grated
1 dash salt
1 3 oz pkg. cream cheese
Cooking Directions:
In a heavy pan mix eggs, juice, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring over low heat, then cook 3 more minutes. Beat cream cheese and lemon peel. When egg mixture is cool, blend into cheese until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Recipe By : The Electric Bread Cookbook
