Ingredients
100 gm flour
50 gm sugar
5 ml lemon rind
1 1/2 ml vanilla
1 egg yolk
50 gm softened butter
1 kg cream cheese
300 gm sugar
20 gm flour
7 ml orange rind
7 ml lemon rind
1 1/2 ml vanilla
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
50 ml cream
Cooking Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200 øC
2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.
3. Bake at 225 øC for 10-12 minutes.
4. Reduce to 100 øC for 1 hour.
Difficulty : easy to moderate. Precision : measure the ingredients.
