Ingredients
4 slice french bread
3 tablespoon garlic olive oil
2 large ripe tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozarella or feta
3 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh dill
Cooking Directions:
Combine Mayo, Dill, and Lemon Juice. Set aside. Toast bread in skillet with garlic olive oil. Spread mayo mixture on toast. Add sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
